ABOUT JOHN

A Life of Love and Adventure

John Davis is a spiritual teacher, author, and creator of practical reset frameworks designed to help people dismantle fear-based conditioning and rediscover a direct, loving relationship with God.

For decades, John has worked with individuals navigating religious deconstruction, inherited guilt, identity confusion, and spiritual doubt. His work focuses on what he calls subconscious belief architecture — the internal structures formed before conscious choice that continue shaping behavior, fear, and self-perception long after someone believes they’ve “moved on.”

Rather than promoting rebellion against religion or abstract spiritual ideology, John addresses the internal imprint left behind by fear-based systems. His teaching centers on restoring inner authority, dissolving guilt and shame at their root, and returning spirituality to its simplest foundation: love.

He is the creator of the Recovering Catholic Reset System and the Pre-Belief Reset, as well as numerous guided meditation experiences including Sitting in Love, Release, Meeting Jeshua, Becoming the Avatar, and ONE. Across his platforms — including the Recovering Catholic Channel, John of New: The Jeshua Way, and Expanding Spirit — John speaks on spiritual awareness, present-moment living, belief reconstruction, and conscious creation.

His approach blends spiritual depth with psychological clarity. He speaks about faith without dogma, authority without control, and awareness without mysticism.

At the core of his work is a simple conviction:

Love is the foundation.
Fear is learned.
And what is learned can be unlearned.

John’s mission is to help people step out of inherited belief structures and into a direct, empowered experience of spiritual awareness — grounded, practical, and free.

Six USO Tours 2001-2006

From 2001 to 2006, I had the honor of performing on six USO tours across 16 countries, including shows on the front lines in both Iraq and Afghanistan. In some of the most high-pressure environments imaginable, our mission was simple: bring laughter, offer a moment of relief, and remind our men and women in uniform that they were seen, valued, and deeply appreciated. Those experiences remain some of the most meaningful work of my life.

World Traveled

Inside the Great Pyramid of Giza, I’m reminded of a journey that has taken me across 30 countries—including Israel, Greece, Jordan, Peru, Egypt, and India—in search of deeper spiritual understanding. Across cultures, traditions, and sacred sites, one truth became unmistakably clear: beneath our different languages and beliefs, the same Presence lives within us all. These travels didn’t just expand my worldview—they expanded my awareness of the unity that connects every human being.

Having Effect

My commitment to service has always been action-based. I created Baltimore’s largest holiday charity event, the Hack and Slash Christmas Special, which raised over $20,000 in cash donations for local homeless centers and collected more than 20 tons of food and clothing for families in need. The event helped fund a Habitat for Humanity build, supported 16 global clean water projects, sent two children to Disney World through the Make-A-Wish Foundation, and raised funds for the American Cancer Society. While traveling internationally, I also spent time on the ground with those in need, including children in an orphanage in Djibouti, Africa—because real compassion isn’t just written about, it’s lived.

Being An Action Hero

For more than 20 years, I worked as a professional fight director, trained in theatrical stage combat and collaborating with some of the top fight directors in the world—including artists whose work shaped films like Star Wars, The Lord of the Rings, Highlander, and Batman Begins. At its core, fight direction isn’t about violence—it’s about storytelling. Every movement, every pause, every shift in posture communicates emotion, intention, and truth. Learning to convey story through physical movement and body language deepened my understanding of human behavior and presence, insights that have profoundly influenced my own personal and spiritual journey.

Author

As an author, my purpose has never been simply to write books—it’s to create impact. Every page I write is driven by a desire to help people break free from fear, guilt, and inherited beliefs that no longer serve them. My work is centered on empowering individuals to reclaim their direct relationship with truth, love, and their own inner authority. Writing allows me to reach beyond a stage or a screen and sit quietly with someone in their most reflective moments—planting seeds of clarity, courage, and lasting transformation.

Content Creator

As a content creator, my mission is simple: reach as many people as possible with a message that restores them to themselves. Through video, writing, and teaching, I speak directly to the part of each person that already knows the truth—that they are not broken, not separate, and not powerless. My work is about helping people recognize their own divine nature, reclaim their inner authority, and live from love rather than fear. The platform is digital, but the intention is timeless: remind humanity of who they really are.

Father

The most important role in my life isn’t on a stage, behind a camera, or on the page—it’s being a father to my son, Kynan. Fatherhood has been my greatest teacher, grounding me in patience, presence, humility, and unconditional love. More than any accomplishment, it’s the daily responsibility and privilege of guiding, protecting, and learning alongside him that shapes who I am. Everything I build in this world ultimately comes back to that sacred role.
